THE ROLE
Monday comes around so fast, as you prepare and debrief with the Facilities Manager for the week ahead of you.
Your role will be pivotal in administrating and ensuring documentation on each job meets timelines and exceeds industry standards. As you work with contractors, clients, and the management team, you will ensure dreams become a liveable reality.
As you create new files for each project, from pre-construction to completion stage, you will administer standards, for the clients and teams with:
- Database management.
- Receiving emails and managing the sales inbox.
- Drafting letters of response to clients.
- Updating clients on new and existing jobs, variations via phone calls and email
- Document all changes, ensuring additions have been sent to the client and filed for the business.
- Extensive liaising and record keeping.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Administer and preparing contracts from templates.
- Liaising with trades and suppliers, document, and file.
With your energy, drive, enthusiasm, and brilliant interpersonal skills, you are a natural magnet that has customers and internal staff trusting you for their administrative needs.
